Far from the madding crowd, the tumult and the pollution of the city, this cosy and friendly campsite welcomes you in Tence, anchored in Haute Loire in the heart of Auvergne in an atypical and exceptional green setting where the limited car access to a restricted part of the camping area makes it a pedestrian camping. It is the perfect place for « glamping » in marrying glamour and traditional camping.

The 102 pitches composing « Les Murmures » cover over 4 hectares, one of which is dedicated purely to a walk along the Lignon river where fish, ducks and other species of birds coexist (Natura 2000 protected area) and nest in our century-old-trees.

It is the ideal place for lovers of nature and hiking, with unbroken, breath-taking, landscapes as far as the eye can see. This Haut Lignon region , located in the South East of Haute Loire (the South of Auvergne), labelled « Respirando » is idyllic for family camping / glamping and

offers many activity opportunities in the nature, unique to each.

The Haut Lignon resort has held the national quality label of « Famille Plus » since 2020 … it means that we guarantee to do all we can to ensure families and children have the very best conditions in which to spend the perfect holiday . In this respect, we are perfectly in step with the « Qualité tourisme » label we were awarded in 2021.

Ideally located at 850m altitude, the campsite enjoys a very pleasant climate with good sunlight exposure, no suffocating heat waves, offering guests a restful break thanks to the mildness of the nights.

This destination is the perfect place to combine culture, nature, history and sports. You can also relax by the natural white sand beach or by the outdoor heated swimming pool entirely adapted to families.

For your comfort, the 3 star campsite is open all year round (from May to September for pitches) and offers a range of accommodations suitable for all. You will have at your disposal an equipped dining tent with tables, chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle .
