Rules of procedure

1. Admission requirements:

To be allowed to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must have been authorised to do so by the Owner, who is obliged to ensure the good order, security and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations.

Staying at the "Les Murmures du Lignon" campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them. To this end, the owner may refuse access to the Camp to all those who violate the rules.

The internal rules are available to all campsite users on request and by posting at the reception.

Anyone who wants to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present their identity documents to the owner and fill in the booking contract and pay for the service in full.

2. Installation:

The tent, caravan or mobile leisure home, as well as the related equipment, must be set up on the pitch indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the owner. Under no circumstances should a camper set up alone, make any electrical connection, repair the connection, change pitch alone.
Mobile homes will have to keep all their means of mobility, in this sense, there should be no permanent arrangements around it, whose fixed and non-precarious nature could cause mobile homes to lose their qualification as caravans. It should not be permanently sealed to the ground.

The tenant must not, by his attitude, put the owner of the campsite in contravention of the provisions of the urban planning code and in particular article R480-7, specifying that: "... it is forbidden in the land developed for the reception of campers and caravans and in the land mentioned in article R444-3:

  • storing or adding to the sites and common areas, used objects, shelters made of wood, sheet metal or other materials;
  • to leave light leisure dwellings or vehicles in a state of disrepair;
  • not to maintain the vegetation... »

In this sense, and without prejudice to any other measures that may be taken by the owner to ensure compliance with the provisions of this article, mobile homes that are dilapidated or degraded must be removed or replaced by their owner.

3. Reception Office:

During the full service period, from July 1 to August 31, the office, located in the bar is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. or according to the indications at the entrance

4. Use of the common rooms:

The bar and the common room and the furniture with which they are equipped are made available to campers according to schedules that will be permanently posted. As a general rule, these will correspond to the opening hours of the Reception Office during the day. The supervision of minor children is the responsibility of the parents and persons to whom this responsibility has been entrusted. Access to the rooms is forbidden to animals.

5. Rates:

Prices are calculated on the number of nights spent in the campsite, counted from 2:pm to noon; Any overnight stay started is due.

The reservation request must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% due. The balance of the stay and a deposit for the rentals are to be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure. In case of departure outside office opening hours, the deposit will be sent by courier minus deductions if damage is observed or cleaning not carried out and after verification of the inventory.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant outside the paid package, if it is not carried out, the rate of the package will be applied.

Camp users are invited to notify the person in charge at the reception desk of their departure the day before it.

6. Tourist Tax

An inter-municipal tourist tax was introduced on 17 December 2004 on the territory of the Community of Communes of Haut-Lignon (CCHL) to promote the development of tourism. It is free for children under 18 years old and costs €0.66 per night for adults.

It is recalled in this regard that the accommodation provider is obliged to collect the tourist tax. Failure to comply with this obligation results in a penalty. Articles R 2333-58 and R 2333-68 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) provide for a system of purely criminal penalties by classifying the various offences by reference to the regime of fines.

7. Respect for others – Tranquility – Pets:

Camp users are urged to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbours.

The sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk locks should be as discreet as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be allowed to run free. They must not be left in the camp, even locked up, in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible for them (dog owners must relieve them outside the camp or pick up their dog droppings).

The speed limit is 10 Km/h for obvious safety reasons on the part of the campsite where vehicles are allowed. Traffic is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there can circulate in the camp, visitors' cars are forbidden in the campsite.

Total silence between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

8. Visitors:

Visitors must present themselves as soon as they arrive at the reception and pay the current rate, they are under the responsibility of the camper who receives them and must respect the campsite rules. In the event of overnight stays, a maximum of 6 people per pitch will be allowed for safety reasons.

9. Holding and Appearance of Installations:

It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground, in gutters, at the foot of trees, or near caravans. Caravanners must empty their wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, and paper must be placed in the bins; The lids of the latter must be kept closed.

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, such as the sanitary facilities.

Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Laundry should never be hung from trees.

Children are not allowed to play in the toilets. Very young children must always be accompanied by their parents.

It is forbidden to drive nails or make cracks in trees, cut branches, or plant. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is also not permissible to demarcate the location of a plant by personal means or to dig the ground. The rainwater drainage channels will be filled by the camper before leaving.

Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds and facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of the perpetrator.

The pitch that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it when he entered the premises.

10. Security:

a) fire – Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify the owner immediately. A fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available at the reception desk.

b) Flights – Report to the owner immediately the presence of any suspicious person in the camp.
Although security is provided, users of the campsite are invited to take their usual precautions (no belongings or objects: bike, food, clothes, etc.). outside) for the protection of their equipment and installations against theft and bad weather. It is the responsibility of campers to insure themselves against civil liability as well as to take out insurance for their respective equipment or material (tent, caravan, trailer, mobile home,...).
SAS GIBOZ declines all responsibility in the event of theft, vandalism, loss and various damages inside the campsite.

c) bathing in the river – We remind you that swimming is forbidden in the river "Le Lignon" for safety reasons. Similarly, no parking or occupation of the premises located in the lower part of the campsite (under the fences) is allowed due to the risk of flooding.

11. Swimming pool:

The campsite swimming pool is a private pool for collective use, which means that swimming is not supervised.

The opening hours of the pool are indicated on the pool sign. Access to the swimming pool (and its beaches) is only reserved for campsite residents (visitors are not allowed).

Before entering the pool, bathers must go under the shower and in the footbath. They must not use the latter for any other purpose. Wearing swimming trunks is compulsory for all (including children), shorts and boxers are prohibited.

The safety rules posted on the sign at the entrance must be respected (do not run...). Children under 16 years old and those who do not know how to swim must be accompanied by an adult.

Anyone who does not respect the rules will be expelled from the swimming pool and in the event of a repeat offence from the campsite.

12. Games:

No violent or annoying games may be held near the facilities or in the bar and common room.
Children should always be under the supervision of their parents. SAS GIBOZ, owner of the campsite, declines all responsibility in the event of an accident that may occur to children. Children must be placed under the exclusive supervision of their parents, who are civilly and criminally liable, in particular when they use the games made available to them.

13. Garage of caravan:

Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the land after the owner's agreement and only in the location indicated by the owner.

A special fee is provided for the garage of caravan (except for mobile homes). The dead garage is a place to park equipment and no guarding or surveillance will be provided.

14. Display:

These rules of procedure are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to the customer at his request.

15. Environmental approach:

The campsite is committed to an environmental approach and we hope you will respect our commitments.

Please sort your waste. It is forbidden to use products that may be dangerous and toxic. The use of any weed killer is strictly prohibited.

16. Image rights:

During your stay on our site, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our advertising materials, unless you notify the reception desk in writing upon arrival of your opposition to this practice.

17. Violation of this rules of procedure

In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the owner may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbance.

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal rules and after formal notice has been given by the owner to comply with them, the owner may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the owner may call on the police.
